New website for Colgan Lab

Hi all, finally setting up a new website for the bumblebee working group (AG Colgan) based at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, Germany. Our research group is beginning to fill with graduate and undergraduate students. New paper on Salmo

New paper published in Ecology & Evolution investigating genes and molecular mechanisms underlying alternative migratory tactics in the facultatively anadromous Salmo trutta. We find clear gene differences between migratory and resident morphs of brown trout with distinct transcriptional profiles in the liver but not brain. The project was performed in the lab of Dr. Tom Reed (University College Cork) and led by PhD candidate Rob Wynne.
